Kinz Return Policy
We offer 30 Day-Free Exchange Policy. 30-day after order is delivered begins your 30 day exchange and warranty. Exchange (1 free exchange per order), please email info@kinzjewelry.com with your order number and request to make an exchange.
We cannot guarantee the items your originally purchased will be available to exchange later. (For example. If you would like to exchange your size 6 {six} ring to a 7 {seven} – it is possible we may be sold out of the size 7 and cannot exchange for that size).
The exchanging jewelry must be clean, unworn and shipping with original packaging to be accepted.
Please also note that returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so we suggest that you retain proof of postage.
